Programme data

"Is the cost of data included in the service cost?"

Yes it is.

"Can I supply my own data?"

No, our success at generating fully qualified sales leads is dependant upon us being able to source high quality data.

"Where do you source data from?"

We purchase data from a network of specialist providers who are able to guarantee to us that the data is no more than 2.5% inaccurate and that we receive a like for like replacement of inaccurate records. Most of our data has been carefully researched and televerified to specific market sectors.

"Do I have access to the data?"

No. We purchase data on a multi use license and reserve the right to use it for other clients.

"What happens if you contact existing customers or businesses I am already prospecting"?

Our agents are trained to extract information from prospects regarding their existing business relationships. If they discover a prospect is an existing client or customer they apologise for calling and thank the prospect for their business. We advise our clients to be open about the marketing mediums used by their businesses.

"What happens if you run out of data for my campaign?"

We will seek other data in post code areas as close to your base as possible. We can also opt to rest a campaign until the data can be recycled. We have very stringent measures in place to ensure we maximise the use of data.

"How long does it take before I start receiving Leads"

Our programmes are simply and quickly set up. Once we have received your advance payment, we source data geared to your qualifying criteria and your market area. Once we have received the required pre programme information from you, we develop scripting options, train our agents and start call testing. This normally takes between 4 – 7 days. You will then start receiving daily updates from us in an agreed spreadsheet format.

"You say you will make appointments for me if possible?"

Unlike many of our competitors, we will use a member of our team who will have experience of running an appointment setting campaign. We adopt our unique appointment setting tools, to generate interest from prospects. You will receive these appointments at an additional cost of only £99.00 per appointment!!

"Will you complete all of my ordered leads in the month I order them?"

Your programme starts during the first week of the month then the answer is yes. Programmes run for 3 calendar months and we will provide the agreed numbers over the life of the contract. The size of our sales team means we can normally utilise other team resources to complete most contracts on time.

"What are my contractual obligations?"

Telemarketing generally takes a little time to become fully effective. This is because our team members need to understand your products & services, but more importantly need to understand the common objections of prospects. We only accept an order from a client commited to fund a 3 month campaign. We will supply full details of your obligations before we start a programme.

Payment

"How do I pay for my Leads?"

Payment is required in advance. We will then generate an invoice when we receive your payment. On the third week of the third month we generate a further purchase order for your completion.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

We accept cheques or Direct Bank transfers.

All orders are accepted under the company’s Terms & Conditions of Business. These will be supplied to you in advance of a programme start. A member of our team will be happy to discuss our joint obligations.
