Programme data
"Can I supply my own data?"
No, our success at generating fully qualified sales is dependant upon us being able to source high quality data.
"Where do you source data from?"
We purchase data from a network of specialist providers who are able to guarantee to us that the data is no more than 2.5% inaccurate and that we receive a like for like replacement of inaccurate records.
"Do I have access to the data?"
No. Our data is purchased on a multi licence use basis and we reserve the right to use it for other clients.
"What happens if you contact existing customers or businesses I am already prospecting"?
Our agents are trained to extract information from prospects regarding their existing business relationships. If they discover a prospect is an existing client or customer they apologise for calling and thank the prospect for their business. We advise our clients to be open about the marketing mediums used by their businesses.

"How long does it take before you will start my campaign?"
Our programmes are simply and quickly set up. Once we have agreed the renumeration package and agreed the campaign outcomes, we source data geared to your qualifying criteria and your market area. Once we have received the required pre programme information from you, we develop scripting options, train our agents and start call testing. This normally takes between 7-10 days.
"How will you let me know when you begin closing sales?"
We will provide you with programme updates as agreed before programme commencement. We will advise you of the following information once we have closed sales:
1. Confirmation of sales details
2. Client details
3. Payment process
4. Other relevant information
"What are my contractual obligations?"
Telemarketing generally takes a little time to become fully effective. This is because our team members need to understand your products & services, but more importantly need to understand the common objections of prospects. We normally recommend that in order to generate best value that a 6 month programme is undertaken. We will supply full details of your obligations before we start a programme.
"What happens if a face to face sales meeting is required?"
It depends upon the value of the business being genrated. For high value contracts, where we believe that closure is assured, one of our operations team members may opt to attend the meeting. If not we will require our client to follow up vigorously the initial contact within 24 hours.
Payment & billing
"When will you invoice me for the commissions?"
We will agree a billing cycle with you in advance. We will require immediate payment by b.a.c.s upon invoice. Non payment will result in immediate termination of contract and we will sell the busines to another provider.
"What payment methods do you accept?"
We accept cheques or Direct Bank transfers.
