How our sales Process works
Before taking on a client’s product or service we would need to establish the following qualification criteria:
An overview of the market including :
• Potential market penetration
• Detailed Market research indicators
• Sales history
• Market placement
Telesales evaluation
This evaluation is in the form of a questionnaire used to determine the suitability of the product or service to telesales activity. This questionnaire which may target as many as 100 prospect companies and may contain more than 10 questions will be used to produce a graph and report to demonstrate the viability of the potential outreach. This evaluation is a chargeable service, but may be deducted from the first commission payment.
Once the evaluation is complete, the agency and the client will build up the programme equity including, promotional material to support the campaign, agent training and support programme. The provision of programme equity will be the responsibility of the client.
Campaign duration
The agency and the client will agree the campaign duration before the start of the programme. Most campaigns are of an initial 6 months, with full evaluation at 3 months.
Financial remuneration
The agency and client will agree a remuneration package based upon a share of risk & reward. The agency has created several remuneration options and the one agreed is normally dependent upon;
1. The value of the product or service
2. The number of calls required to close business
3. The complexity of the offering
4. The length of the sales process
